My client an international multi-disciplinary practice has an urgent requirement for a Head of Architecture for their Riyadh office.
The Head of Architecture will be responsible for leading the architectural team in the Riyadh office, driving the delivery of exceptional design solutions, and ensuring the successful execution of architectural projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and technical expertise to oversee the entire architectural process, from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the architectural design process for multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to design standards, project timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and mentor a team of architects, providing guidance, technical support, and career development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, interior design) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in architecture, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Extensive experience in managing and leading architectural teams.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian construction industry and local regulations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
