My client a leading international architectural studio has an urgent requirement for a Site BIM Coordinator for a major building project in Dubai. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with the design and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- BIM Implementation: Oversee the implementation of BIM standards and protocols on the construction site.
- Coordination: Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between design and construction teams to align with BIM processes.
- Model Management: Update and maintain the BIM model with accurate and current site progress.
- Clash Detection & Resolution: Identify and resolve design and construction clashes promptly to avoid delays.
- Site Progress Monitoring: Leverage BIM tools to monitor and report on-site progress effectively.
- ACC Integration: Utilize ACC (Construction Cloud) to effectively communicate with all subcontractors and main contractors.
- Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in Revit and Navisworks. Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting is a plus.
- Site Architectural Support: Assist the site architectural team with submittal reviews, inspections, and other site-related tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination on construction projects.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and workflows.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Dynamo).
- Knowledge of Virtual and Augmented Reality (VR/AR) applications in construction.
- Experience with Lean Construction principles.
