My client, an international Architectural & Engineering consultants has an urgent requirement for a Senior Resident Engineer in Dubai, Civil Engineering Background.
The suitable candidate should fulfil the following criteria.
Experience WORKING ON Projects on the Palm is preferrable but not essential
Experience in Luxury residential developments / Luxury Hotels.
Ideally have worked with international architects previously in Dubai
15-20 years of experience in the UAE, With at least 8 years' experience working as a Resident Engineer on a luxury project , in the UAE ( either residential and /or a hotel)
Excellent leadership skills
Pro-active and energetic and excellent at managing a team
Experience with Trakhees (not essential but preferred )
Well versed with FIDIC, Please note This is a RE role not PM
