My Client, an international Interior Designer studio requires a Site based Senior Interior designer to coordinator their project on site, you Must have Consultancy experience in Dubai for high end residential projects or excellent luxury standard
- Architectural background preferred
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Dubai
- Experience in Site coordinator within architecture, interior design, site coordination, or project management of high end residential project .
- Proven track record of successfully managing interior design projects from conception to completion
Project Coordination:
- the day-to-day operations of on-site to ensure the smooth progress of interior design projects to the highest standard .
- Coordinate with the project managers, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure all aspects of the project align with the design specifications and timeline.
- Ensure that all site activities comply with the project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that work is being carried out as per design and quality standards.
- Address any issues or delays promptly, coordinating with relevant parties to find effective solutions.
