About the Role:
We are seeking a highly talented and passionate Mid-Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual with a strong portfolio and a proven track record of success to contribute to a wide range of high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development process from concept to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations and project deadlines.
- A portfolio of High End residential/ Hotels/ Offices
- Develop and present design concepts, including space planning, furniture selection, material specifications, and lighting design.
- Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits and liaise with contractors and suppliers.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Contribute to the overall design direction of the studio.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputable university.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong focus on high-end residential, commercial offices, F&B, and hospitality projects.
- Proven experience working on projects in Dubai is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional creative and conceptual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative and impactful work.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
