My client a leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai requires a Landscape Manager to join there dynamic team. The candidate must be based in Dubai and have worked for a Design Consultancy. A strong Senior ready for the next level will be ideal.

About the Role

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscape design and development for our residential projects, including high-rise towers (podiums) and masterplan communities (villas).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the design, development, and implementation of landscape projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure seamless integration of landscape design with the overall project.
  • Oversee the selection and procurement of plants, materials, and equipment.
  • Manage landscape contractors and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local regulations and best practices for sustainable landscaping.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Degree in Landscape Architecture or relevant degree with post graduate qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design consultancies with experience with a developer advantageous.
  • Proven experience working on residential projects, including high-rise towers (podium design) or masterplan communities (villas).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful landscape design and implementation.
  • Consultancy experience in a similar role (a plus).
  • Must be currently based in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD).
