We are seeking a highly experienced HSE Manager to join a leading contractor in the region to oversee health, safety and environmental compliance on a remote project site in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of ARAMCO HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local and international safety regulations.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols, including PPE usage, emergency procedures, and risk assessments.
- Conduct safety training programs for all site personnel.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate project-specific risks.
- Prepare and submit regular HSE reports.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients on HSE matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- NEBOSH Diploma is preferred.
- Strong understanding of ARAMCO HSE standards and requirements.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing HSE systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
