My client, a leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai is seeking a Design Director for large Luxury High End Residential and Hospitality projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related/ relevant field.
- 15 + years' experience, with at least 2 years at Associate/ Director level
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the interior design industry.
- Excellent client liaising skills
- Meeting with Suppliers
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative Concept Designs for High End residential and Hospitality projects
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite)
- knowledge of FF&E, materials, furniture, and spatial planning.
